Room Reservation

To reserve a room within our facilities at Sacred Heart Campus, please click here to fill out the room request form. You will receive an email confirmation once the form is submitted, and a separate email from a staff member confirming that date is reserved for you, or to let you know there is a conflict with your request.

To reserve a room at the St. Ann Campus, email Julie Kluesener at bookkeeper@saintanncc.com. All requests must be made via email.

All requests must be made at least one week in advance.

Booking rooms for the next school year opens yearly on July 1st. All requests must be submitted yearly and do not carry over from year-to-year.
