To reserve a room within our facilities, please click here to fill out the room request form. You will receive an email confirmation once the form is submitted, and a separate email from a staff member confirming that date is reserved for you, or to let you know there is a conflict with your request.

Booking rooms for the next school year opens yearly on July 1st. All requests must be submitted yearly and do not carry over from year-to-year.
